1. Introduction
Welcome to AAYAM COMMUNICATION (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our graphic design services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing our services.
2. Scope of Services
We agree to provide graphic design services as specified in the agreed-upon project scope. This may include, but is not limited to, logo design, branding, digital design, and other related services.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide necessary information, materials, and feedback within the agreed timelines.
- Review and approve designs promptly.
- Notify us of any changes to the project scope.
- Adhere to payment terms as outlined in Section 5.
4. Design Revisions
We allow a specified number of revisions as agreed upon in the project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit may be subject to additional charges.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for our services will be as follows:
- Specify payment milestones, e.g., 50% upfront, 50% upon project completion.
- Late payments may be subject to 15% per month.
6. Ownership and Rights
Upon full payment, the client will own the final design. Until full payment is received, AAYAM COMMUNICATION retains ownership and copyright of all design concepts.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any information shared during the course of the project, including but not limited to business strategies, proprietary information, and project details.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
AAYAM COMMUNICATION will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA.
11. Changes to Terms
AAYAM COMMUNICATION reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
